How do I make a nomination?
Please read our nominations guidance for more information. Simply download and complete the nomination form and email it to awards@bapco.org.uk to submit.

When do nominations open?
Nominations will open on Monday 25 January 2021.

When will nominations close?
Nominations will close on Wednesday 31 March 2021.

Can I nominate myself?
Yes, you are allowed to nominate yourself, as long as the nomination complies with the category’s specific criteria.

Does a nominee have to be a BAPCO member?
No.

Can I nominate a colleague from my organisation?
Yes, please do.

Can I be nominated if I have served on the BAPCO Board of Directors?
Previous members of the BAPCO Board of Directors and former employees are excluded from nomination for the three years following the end of their tenure as a Director or employee.

Do I have to inform the nominee that I have put them forward?
No, this can be a surprise! If a nominee is shortlisted, they will be notified by BAPCO.

What does it cost to enter?
Nothing, entry to the Awards is free.

What happens if I am nominated but cannot attend the Awards Ceremony?
If you are lucky enough to win, the announcement will be made and the award will be sent to you.

Can I nominate for more than one category?
Yes, you may nominate for as many categories as you wish but you must complete a separate nomination for each category.

Can I make more than one nomination to a single category?
Yes. If potential entries are distinctive and unrelated you may make more than one nomination.

How are nominations judged?
We have convened an experienced, external panels of experts to assess and choose each category winner.
